Owenbeg National School is a primary school located in Owenbeg, Co. Sligo, Ireland. It is the oldest primary school in West Sligo and dates back as far as 1839. There are three mainstream classes, with a learning support teacher based in the school. The people in our community are proud of our school, and the school has huge significance in the area. We believe that children should be educated in a happy environment, where they are expected to be kind to all others around them. We aim to nurture the development of each child to empower them to reach their potential.
